What will I experience during the Titanic experience in Barcelona?
Aboard a research submersible, you descend to nearly 4,000 meters below the North Atlantic to explore the wreck of the world's most famous ocean liner. A historian guides you through the debris field, among objects frozen in time for over a century. Then the narrative shifts: you travel back to 1912, aboard the Titanic in all its splendor, to explore the passageways, first and third-class cabins, the grand staircase, and the engine rooms. A 45-minute immersive expedition that is at once intimate, documentary, and spectacular.
Is the experiment historically accurate?
Yes. The reconstruction of the ocean liner and its wreck is based on years of documentary research and the work of leading Titanic specialists. Architecture, furniture, costumes, ship's organization, sequence of events of the sinking: every detail has been validated by experts. Titanic: The Sunken Dream is co-produced by Excurio, a studio recognized for the scientific rigor of its immersive expeditions, with the same requirement as the experiences created with the National Museum of Natural History or Harvard for other titles in the network.
Is the experience challenging or anxiety-inducing?
The expedition powerfully recreates the emotion of a night that marked history, but it never seeks to frighten. You experience no physical sensation of shipwreck: you remain a witness to a story, accompanied by the voice of a historian. The atmosphere can be captivating, especially during the dive to the wreck, but the experience remains accessible to a wide audience from age 8 and up. Is the Titanic experience in Barcelona suitable for people prone to vertigo?
Titanic: The Sunken Dream There is no "lightened" mode. The descent into the depths and the exploration of the wreck are intentionally immersive and cannot be mitigated. If you are particularly prone to vertigo or motion sickness, please inform our team before the briefing: you can interrupt the dive at any time without disturbing other participants.
From what age can one experience Titanic?
The experience is suitable for children aged 8 and up. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult throughout the visit, including during the immersive experience. If a child wishes to end the experience, an adult must leave the room with them.

Is the Titanic experience accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The Eclipso Barcelona centre is located on the 4th floor of the CC Arenas, accessible by the shopping centre's elevators. Titanic: The Sunken Dream The experience is lived standing, in motion, wearing a helmet that obstructs vision: for safety reasons, canes and walkers cannot be used during the immersion.
