The people of Nantes loved it!
They have traveled through millions of years… without leaving Nantes.
An excellent immersive experience that allowed us to discover the history, remains, and reconstructions of the Titanic in a captivating and engaging way. The instructions were clear and the welcome was pleasant.
Even 3.5 stars for ISS, good immersion, just subtitles throughout in the original version. While watching, you don't pay attention to the surroundings, you miss important things, and it's also annoying for children (12 years old). It would be interesting to know if the other themes are also subtitled.
This experience was incredible and I'd do it again. There are so many magnificent and very realistic things. But the visit is too short.
The setting is pleasant and the team is attentive. The new ISS experience transports us into the world of astronomy with real images filmed inside the ISS. A truly wonderful discovery!
The environment has evolved nicely since my first experience in Bordeaux two years ago.

What will we experience during Titanic — The Sunken Dream?
You'll embark on a research submarine for a dive to nearly 4,000 meters deep, in the heart of the North Atlantic. Guided by a historian, you'll explore the debris field and discover the wreck of the Titanic as it has lain for over a century. Then time will reverse: you'll travel back to 1912 to explore the ocean liner in its splendor, from the first and third-class cabins to the engine rooms, from the grand staircase to the promenade deck. A 30-minute expedition, both intimate and spectacular.
Is this experiment historically accurate?
Yes. Every set, every object, and every scene has been recreated using rigorous historical research and archival sources. The expedition is produced by Small Creative, a leading European provider of virtual reality cultural experiences, and draws on the most comprehensive documentation available today about the ship, its layout, and life on board.
Does the experience replay the shipwreck? Is it frightening?
The expedition focuses on historical exploration and discovery, not on dramatizing the event. It's an immersive and emotionally powerful experience, but designed to be accessible to a wide audience, including families. If you have any particular sensitivities to the subject matter, our team is available at reception to advise you before you enter the theater.
How long does the Titanic experience last in Nantes?
The immersion lasts 30 minutes. Including the welcome, briefing, and equipment fitting, please allow approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for your entire experience. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow ample time for preparation.
From what age can one experience Titanic?
The experience is suitable for children aged 8 and up. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult throughout the visit, including during the immersive experience. If a child wishes to end the experience, an adult must leave the room with them.
In which languages is the Titanic experience available in Nantes?
The expedition is offered in French, English, Spanish, and Mandarin. The language selection is made just before the start of the immersion.
I can also visit the Colosseum in Nantes: can I do both experiences on the same day?
Yes. Eclipso Nantes offers two expeditions — Titanic — The Sunken Dream et Colosseum — The Legendary Arena — which you can experience on the same day by booking two consecutive slots, subject to availability. Two journeys, two eras, two very different atmospheres: many visitors choose to make the round trip to extend their exploration.
Is the experience suitable for a group, a company outing, or a birthday?
Absolutely. Titanic — The Sunken Dream The experience is enjoyed in a group setting, in the shared immersion room which can accommodate up to 36 people simultaneously in Nantes. This format works particularly well for outings with friends, birthday parties (for ages 8 and up), corporate events, and seminars. For group bookings or private events, please contact the center directly.
Is it possible to take photos during the experiment?
Photos and videos are permitted before and after the immersion, for personal use. Recording is not allowed during the experience itself, out of respect for the immersion of other participants and for your safety. Remember to tag us on social media: @eclipso_nantes.
