Your questions about our experiences

With your headset on, you find yourself alongside the crew of the International Space Station. Filmed in real conditions during actual NASA missions, the experience surrounds you with authentic images of life in orbit: weightlessness, the daily work of astronauts, and this view of our planet from 400 km altitude. It's much more than a game; it's an immersive documentary you step into.

The immersion itself lasts approximately 35 minutes. Including the welcome, briefing, and headset fitting at the start, allow approximately 45 minutes in total on site.

Welcome to Eclipso NYC, 555 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019, just a few blocks from Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan. The 59th St–Columbus Circle station (A/C/B/D/1) is about a 10-minute walk away, with 50th St (E) and 57th St–7th Ave (N/Q/R/W) nearby; the M11, M12, and M31 buses stop right outside. There is no street parking, but a paid parking garage is located directly beneath the building.

The experience is accessible from age 8. Children are welcome, provided that an adult accompanies them throughout the visit — an outing that works equally well for families, friends, or solo exploration.

Slight dizziness or nausea may occur in some visitors, although this is rare. Our team remains nearby throughout the experience, and you are free to take a break or leave the room whenever you feel the need. Most visitors leave feeling perfectly comfortable.
