The location and staff were excellent and the experience was so real and amazing. My legs were weak and wobbly for a while after the whole experience as it felt so real climbing Everest. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and, despite my brain telling me that I was only in a room I was scared to let go of my partner's hand and would not go over a big drop on a ladder and made my partner go first, whilst clinging on to his back. Very exciting. I absolutely loved it.
Really enjoyed this but instructions could have been a bit clearer. We missed a few things as we weren’t told to follow the orb which is what put you in the best position to hear and see everything. We figured it out pretty quickly though. I would have given it 5 stars but there were some other guests doing different experience t the same time and they were talking and laughing so loud that we couldn’t hear the sound in our headsets.

Really good immersive VR experience climbing Everest in 1953 with Tenzing and Hillary. The experience lasted 40 mins and you really felt like you were there in the icy Himalayan mountains and experiencing what they went through on that historic climb. Some interaction as well that helped the immersive experience. Really enjoyable and well worth the money. Only reason for not giving 5 full stars was there was a half hour delay past our booked timeslot to enter the experience. Obviously a busy day and there was limited seating in the waiting area. The staff were all pleasant and professional though. Allow plenty of time if you are heading off to do something else afterwards.
Great experience and the service was not good 30 35 min wait and when you walk in the experience you mainly get people walking into you when you are in a experience and is too busy and more seating. Quite small area and need some objects or a small place where it introduces you to the experience for example the legend of the titanic experience.
Our Everest experience was just amazing. Loved it and Roshan was amazing and took our pictures
Interesting VR experience taking us down to the sea bed and the wreckage of Titanic. Then aboard as it would have looked on its maiden voyage and a chance to wander around on deck, bridge, and main stair case. More an experience then a history lesson.

Développée à partir de recherches historiques, culturelles et alpines, cette expérience immersive vous plonge au cœur de l’expédition de 1953 qui mena pour la première fois des hommes au sommet de l’Everest. Créée en collaboration avec un conseil scientifique, l’expérience a bénéficié de l’expertise de Katia Buffetrille, professeure et spécialiste des montagnes sacrées du bouddhisme tibétain, de Charlie Buffet, écrivain et journaliste spécialiste de l’histoire de l’alpinisme, ainsi que des précieux retours de Lapka Sherpa Gelgen, guide sherpa ayant atteint le sommet de l’Everest à sept reprises.
Chaque séquence a été vérifiée et enrichie afin de garantir une reconstitution fidèle sur les plans historique, culturel et humain, tout en offrant une expérience immersive, accessible et profondément authentique.

Qu'est-ce qui m'attend lors de l'expérience Everest à Lille ?
Vous rejoignez l’expédition de 1953, celle qui a mené des hommes au sommet de l’Everest pour la toute première fois. De Katmandou aux dernières pentes du sommet, vous progressez aux côtés des alpinistes et des Sherpas, au fil d’une aventure humaine faite d’épreuves, de doutes et de rebondissements. Une immersion de 45 minutes au cœur d’un territoire encore inconnu.
Où se déroule l'expérience Everest ?
Everest – Territoire inconnu se vit à Eclipso Lille, au centre commercial Les Tanneurs, en plein cœur de ville. L’expérience se déroule sur un vaste plateau dédié, où vous vous déplacez librement en réalité virtuelle. Prévoyez environ une heure sur place, briefing et équipement compris.
Combien de temps dure l'expérience ?
L’immersion en réalité virtuelle dure 45 minutes. En comptant l’accueil, le briefing et l’équipement du casque, prévoyez environ une heure sur place. Nous vous conseillons d’arriver 10 à 15 minutes avant l’heure indiquée sur votre billet pour déposer vos affaires et vous préparer sereinement.
À partir de quel âge peut-on participer ?
L’expérience est accessible dès 8 ans. Les enfants doivent être accompagnés d’un adulte responsable pendant toute la durée de la séance. Si un enfant souhaite interrompre l’immersion, un adulte doit l’accompagner hors de la salle, notre équipe ne pouvant assurer sa surveillance en dehors de l’expérience.
